  The two deliveries guys were great, they called when they were 15 minutes away and arrived between the allocated time we were given. They had no issues carrying the furniture up a flight of stairs and offered to put the bench together. They even offered to place the felt on the furniture feet. Their service was outstanding.   First time in purchasing furniture from Click On. I ordered over the phone with Taylah as the coffee table I was after was out of stock. Great customer service, was kept updated on estimated time for delivery and the coffee table arrived much earlier than expected. I had seen the same table elsewhere for nearly double the price, so it is safe to say that their prices are great, and I am so pleased with the quality and design.   Have bought many products from Clickon. Great products but pretty poor customer service. After making three on line orders, I was left waiting months for some items and never updated on lead times. I was also given items in error and received calls to come and collect items in store when my order wasn’t complete.

  Clickon Furniture is a class experience! We bought a coffee table, and the entire process from inquiry to delivery was spot on. This was my first time purchasing a piece of furniture offline (an expensive piece too), so I felt rather uncertain at the beginning however dealing with Clickon Furniture through e-mail made me feel so comfortable as the communication was consistent. I am very happy with Clickon Furniture's products and their customer service! Thanks guys!!!

  I had minor issues with the Ethnicraft blackbird 2 door 3 drawer where the drawers weren't completely aligned. I spoke with Theo who provided clear instructions for the adjustments and offered a call out if I still was not satisfied with the joinery. I'm very happy with the product following adjustments. I received a courtesy follow up call from his colleague the next day. Very pleased and impressed with their prompt delivery of services. Thanks for your help :)
